Out door BBQ, fine dining, every day meals, and maybe even baking but only as a last resort.
I really want a good BBQ cook book, and a good fine dining one.

Phil ya dont need a BBQ cook book men have a built in ability to cook in this medium. Probably dating back to our cave man dayz. So yeah go try some thing on the bbq steak, sea food, waffles whatever you will find the knowledge is inherent.
